Kakurenbo is a participatory installation made from thousands of small tassels created by shredding plastic packing tape. Visitors can enter and hide within the soft translucent layers, transforming the space into a playful environment for hide-and-seek. The project was developed by the architecture team of Tama Art University for Tokyo Designers Week 2013.
