Inspired by the vast plains of a meteorite crater, this work crystallizes the irregular movements of wind and light, and the quiet flow of time within space.

Each unit responds to the forces of nature—swaying in the wind and shimmering subtly in the light. Depending on the angle of the sun and the viewer’s position, colors shift slightly, and the entire space seems to breathe with gentle motion. Incorporating elements of Finland’s water environments—such as lakes and wetlands—the work evokes a silent resonance between landscape and space.

Tyyni (meaning “calm” or “silence”) is the first duo project by OSOTO lab, conceived as a collaborative exploration of the relationship between nature and human presence. Yumeo focused on the sense of distance between people and landscape, and on the compositional principle of gathering as a collective form. Nishi, on the other hand, explored the reflective qualities of material, subtle movements, and the structural transformations mediated by water.

Through the intersection of these distinct perspectives, the space resonates with nature, ascending into a structure that embodies poetic order.
